Holding a memorial service, wake or a celebration of life at one of Fairmount Memorial Associations venues can reduce stress and coordination during a difficult time.   Renting a chapel or reception venue at our parks provides a convenient place for guests and family members to gather, and have fewer distractions compared to a restaurant or a commercial establishment.

SUNSET CHAPEL

FAIRMOUNT MEMORIAL PARK
Sunset Mausoleum/Chapel at Fairmount Mem

Sunset Chapel is located at Fairmount Memorial Park and is located on rim rock high above the Spokane River, it possesses a breath taking view of Riverside State Park and the Spokane River below.

  • For a nominal clean up fee the Sunset Chapel located at Fairmount Memorial Park may be reserved for 2 hour time increments for memorial services.

  • Rental fee includes the use of the chapel.  Any further desired hosting services are to be provided by the family and friends of the deceased (flowers, guest book attendant or the distribution of memorial cards…).

  • Audio visual equipment is available for use.  We cannot, however, guarantee that our system will support all formats of operation.  It is  highly recommend that an appointment be made in advance to test the equipment prior to the service to insure that the desired results can be accommodated.

Riverside Mausoleum

Surrounded by trees and bordered by the Spokane River and the bluffs of the West Plains, Riverside Mausoleum is a convenient choice for those that want a peaceful venue near major roads and services.   Built in 1931, the Spanish Revival architecture of Riverside Mausoleum and Chapel provides classical elegance, while beautifully maintained catacombs featuring Roman Travertine marble are found throughout its interior.

The Mid-Century Modern inspired design of Pines Mausoleum and its large floor to ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light for the chapel and reception spaces.    This Spokane Valley landmark is conveniently located just off Highway 27/Pines Road and provides plenty of free parking for your event amidst the wide lawns of Pines Cemetery.

HERITAGE FUNERAL HOME

Heritage Funeral Receptions

Heritage Funeral Home was built in the 1990's and is the newest funeral home and chapel in the Inland Northwest.   A perfect location along Government Way on the grounds of Riverside Memorial Park, Heritage was remodeled in 2020 with contemporary services and state of the art technology resources.   

CATERING SERVICES

Catering services are available at each location to help reduce the stress that mounts during these challenging times. Our funeral catering service does all the work and allows you to focus on your funeral, wake or reception.

 

Our catering team is available to assist you and your loved ones during this difficult time by preparing the food and providing the appropriate service to you and your family.

 

This is a time when you have many items to address and funeral catering is something that we can take care of for you.
