Select from either of our two plans for a convenient, easy, and beautiful arrangement that honors your loved one the way you desire.
2. FLOWERS PLACED
Our professional staff prepares and carefully places handmade, silk-blend flowers for you according to the schedule you selected.
3. SHARE
Once the arrangement is placed, we send you a photo to share with friends and family—a great way to invite others to remember and honor your loved one.

What is the difference between a Standard and a Flex plan?

A standard plan consists of pre-selected flowers and months to keep your loved one’s memorial beautifully decorated all year with our most popular, seasonal arrangements. This option is the most convenient and helps minimize decisions. A flex plan allows you to choose the flowers and months you’d like.

Are there any dates or holiday exclusions for placement?
​
There are no exclusions. Please note: the actual placement of the flowers will occur within the first week of your desired placement month regardless of the actual occasion date.

If I want to order flower placement but there is no vase, what can be done?
​
In order to participate in the program, a vase is needed. The only exception is a saddle arrangement utilized for an upright memorial. Contact your cemetery to purchase a vase.

What is a saddle?
​
A saddle is the arrangement type used on upright memorials. It sits atop the memorial, "gripping" the memorial. No vase is needed.
​
When is the cutoff to order flowers and when will I receive my photo?
​
Complete your order by the 15th of the prior month and your placement will be completed within the first 10 business days of the month. The placement photo will be emailed and updated to your profile within 15 business days of the month.
*Please note there may be potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather/shipping/staffing). Please contact us to have your placement date changed to a future month.

Are flowers guaranteed to be on gravesites for a specified length of time?
​
No, this program is subject to a cemetery’s rules, regulations and clean up dates. You may inquire with your cemetery when clean up will occur.

When are the flowers removed from the gravesites?
​
The flowers are removed during the cemetery-wide clean up and when another placement arrives. Please remember that cemeteries are open to the public. We are not responsible in the event that any placements are moved or stolen.
